The Indian Armed Forces will present a Tri-services tableau titled ‘Operation Sindoor: Victory Through Jointness’ at the 77th Republic Day Parade on January 26, at Kartavya Path. The tableau will showcase India’s evolved military doctrine, highlighting precision warfare, seamless integration among the three services, and growing indigenous defence capabilities.
Conceived in line with the Prime Minister’s vision of Aatmanirbhar Bharat and Viksit Bharat @ 2047, Operation Sindoor reflects India’s shift towards decisive, coordinated and self-reliant military power. The tableau offers a sequential and dynamic portrayal of Tri-service synergy in modern warfare.
The opening segment depicts the Indian Navy asserting maritime dominance and denying operational space to the adversary. This is followed by the Indian Army’s calibrated firepower, with M777 ultra-light howitzers engaging hostile targets. The Akash air defence system stands guard behind them, symbolising India’s layered and integrated aerial defence shield.
INDIA’S EXPANDING UNMANNED WARFARE
The central strike narrative reflects the new normal in India’s national security doctrine, marked by rapid response, controlled escalation and precision targeting. A HAROP loitering munition neutralises an enemy air defence radar, demonstrating India’s expanding unmanned warfare capabilities. A Rafale fighter armed with SCALP missiles then carries out a surgical strike on terror infrastructure, followed by a SU-30 MKI launching a BrahMos supersonic cruise missile to destroy hardened aircraft shelters.
The operation culminates with the S-400 air defence system executing the longest-range engagement of the mission at 350 kilometres, neutralising an adversary airborne early-warning platform and underlining India’s ability to detect, decide and destroy first.
TERROR AND BLOOD WILL NOT FLOW TOGETHER
Each phase of Operation Sindoor highlights the maturity of jointness across domains, with fused intelligence, precision target selection and minimal collateral damage. The tableau conveys a clear national message that terror and blood will not flow together, and those who sponsor or shelter terrorism will face swift and overwhelming consequences.
