Hardeep Singh Puri’s daughter moves Delhi HC in a Rs 10 crore defamation case seeking removal of content linking her to Jeffrey Epstein.

Himayani Puri, daughter of Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri, has moved the Delhi High Court seeking removal of online content that allegedly links her to disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein. In her plea, she has sought a permanent injunction and Rs 10 crore in damages from several social media entities and unidentified individuals named as John Doe defendants.
According to the petition, the defendants have fabricated and disseminated baseless allegations suggesting that Puri maintained direct or indirect business, financial, personal, or “network” links with Jeffrey Epstein and his criminal activities.
The plea further states that some publications falsely claimed that Puri or Realm Partners LLC – the firm where she worked – received funding, financial benefits, or tainted money from Epstein or his associates. It also alleges that certain posts claimed that Robert Millard acted with Puri to engineer the collapse of Lehman Brothers.
Puri has told the court that these allegations are “entirely false, malicious, and devoid of any factual foundation.”
