Addressing the reports that had sparked concern among fans, Jannat’s team released a statement confirming that the siblings went through a distressing experience but are now safe, while police continue to investigate the matter.
According to the statement shared on Instagram, the incident took place on March 15 and involved a physical altercation followed by a chase on the highway in broad daylight. Authorities are currently looking into the situation.
The statement read, “Hi all, We would like to update everyone that Jannat and Ayaan faced a distressing experience involving physical assault and a brazen chase incident on the highway during broad daylight yesterday. Currently, the investigation is ongoing, with the police authorities actively looking into the matter. Jannat and Ayaan are safe now.
