The EED has summoned several prominent Tollywood actors linked to an illegal betting case involving 29 celebrities, including Vijay Deverakonda and Rana Daggubat

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Monday issued summons to top Tollywood actors who were earlier booked in an illegal betting case, according to sources. The ED has registered a case against 29 celebrities, including Vijay Deverakonda, Rana Daggubati, Manchu Lakshmi, Prakash Raj, Nidhi Agarwal, Ananya Nagalla, and Srimukhi, for their alleged involvement in a betting app scam. The ED’s case is based on an FIR filed by the Hyderabad Cyberabad police.
According to sources, Rana Daggubati has been summoned on July 23, Prakash Raj on July 30, Vijay Deverakonda on August 6, and Lakshmi Manchu on August 13 in the matter. The actors and influencers have been accused of promoting illegal betting apps on social media platforms.
