According to the SIT report, Bhole Baba Dairy was operating behind two suppliers – AR Dairy and Vaishnavi Dairy. They provided ghee to the TTD.

A Special Investigation Team (SIT) led by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) chief has submitted a report stating that the ghee used in preparing laddus for the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) was adulterated and not pure. According to the SIT report, Bhole Baba Dairy was operating behind two suppliers – AR Dairy and Vaishnavi Dairy. They provided ghee to the TTD. Investigators found that Bhole Baba Dairy lacked the infrastructure to produce milk or ghee. Local farmers informed the SIT that they never supplied milk to the dairy.
The report stated that the adulterated ghee was manufactured using palm oil and chemicals, raising serious concerns about food safety.
Following these findings, the TTD has blacklisted Bhole Baba Dairy.
During court proceedings, the SIT counsel opposed bail for the accused, arguing they are financially well-off and wield significant influence, which could pose a threat to witnesses.
