The biggest romance in music and sports has come together in what many are already calling ‘America’s Royal Wedding.’ On Friday evening, July 3, 2026, pop icon Taylor Swift and three-time Super Bowl champion Travis Kelce officially tied the knot in an ultra-private, star-studded ceremony at New York City’s iconic Madison Square Garden.

The union of lovers Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce was awaited by many. Well, the monumental event took over Manhattan, drawing a massive guest list of Hollywood A-listers, hit musicians, and NFL royalty.
Reports indicate that around 7:20 PM local time, the massive digital billboards outside New York City’s iconic Madison Square Garden flashed a glowing pink-and-purple message to the fans waiting outside. It read, “JUST&T MARRIED!”
Shortly after, the top of the Empire State Building began twinkling in sapphire blue. Some suggest that it’s the bride’s something blue. In a surprising move, the ceremony was officially officiated by comedy legend Adam Sandler, a close friend of the couple.
According to Rolling Stone, Swift’s younger brother, Austin Swift, served as her Man of Honor while the groom’s brother, Jason Kelce, stood beside him as Best Man.
With a strict phone ban in place to ensure ultimate privacy for the guests, a line of heavily tinted black SUVs pulled into a massive white security tent on West 31st Street.
Among the high-profile attendees spotted arriving for the weekend’s festivities were Taylor’s longtime best friend Selena Gomez, Dakota Johnson, Ed Sheeran, Jennifer Lopez, Bradley Cooper, Emma Stone and Gigi Hadid. NFL stars including Patrick Mahomes, George Kittle, and Micah Parsons were also expected.
As reported, Stevie Nicks and country legend Tim McGraw were about to take over the stage for special performances during the reception.
