Sick threats against ‘Cornell 7’ Jane Doe revealed — including twisted phone call threatening to ‘shoot’ her family if she doesn’t drop suit

The “Cornell 7” Jane Doe has been barraged with death threats since going public with her gang rape allegations — including texts and phone calls vowing to “shoot … different people in your family” if she doesn’t drop her lawsuit, The Post has learned.

“Would you like to see [redacted]’s brains infront of [redacted]?” read one message sent to Doe’s phone and containing specific names and addresses.

“If so, don’t withdraw the case,” the message, obtained by The Post, continued. “If you care about your family [redacted] withdraw the case.”

That sender claimed to be related to Jonathan Newell — one of the seven Cornell Chi Phi brothers Doe named in her September lawsuit — and accused her of spreading lies about “something he didn’t do.”

There was no indication the creep is actually related to Newell — he confusingly referred to the expelled Cornell student as both his “brother” and “cousin” across various messages.

The sickening threats also included a three-minute phone call where the same person coolly named Doe, addresses and people she knew while threatening harm.

“Yoooo. Yo,” that chilling phone call started. “To be honest, man, I’m probably just gonna like pull up to your house and like shoot … different people in your family. I don’t really care anymore. Now you’re pissing me off by ignoring me.”

“Like, why would you lie, like, on my brother Jonathan’s name, bro?” it continued. “Why would you, like, accuse my innocent brother, Jonathan. That’s f–ked up, dude? My brother Jonathan, man. And you accused him of something he didn’t do. Innocent, innocent guy.”

The creepiness ramped up from there.

“I can hear you, I can hear your breathing,” the menace said. “Instead of speaking up, you’re just sitting there quiet. Why can’t you just have a normal human conversation?”

“If you want to keep ignoring me bro, like, I can’t guarantee you’ll be safe, brother, seriously. I’m being very honest with you. Hey, dude.”

The call finally ends with a “Hellooo?” and threat to “beat the f–k out of” and “do stuff to” someone Doe knew.

The same caller similarly menaced various other people in Doe’s orbit — and the messages were so hair-raising that she reported it to police, who were dispatched to her home to investigate.

Doe’s attorney, Thomas Giuffra, said those were just two of the numerous threats she’s received since her lawsuit against the Chi Phi brothers, sparking nationwide controversy about police, prosecutors and the Ivy League school’s handling of her bombshell accusations.

“Do people not have common decency anymore? It’s cowardly that these people cannot have civilized discourse,” Giuffra said. “We have courts and judges for a reason — so we can resolve disputes civilly, without threats to go to someone’s home and murder their family.”

“It’s time to lower the temperature because people are acting dangerously,” he added.
