A SOUTH American beauty queen shared a shocking video showing her bloodied face after an alleged attack by her celebrity stylist.
Andrea del Val, 29, named Miss Venezuela in 2025, claimed Giovanni Laguna, 33, attacked her in their hotel room at the Cannes Film Festival.
Video said to be taken after the row shows model Andrea in the trashed room with blood pouring down her face.
Giovanni, a Venezuelan who was arrested over the attack, can be seen sitting on a chair behind her.
Andrea says: “Look, this is what Giovanni Laguna did. Congratulations, Giovanni, this is what I wanted, for you to show who you were.”
The model then pans the camera around the accommodation to show the room in disarray, with furniture scattered across the floor.
Guests at the luxury hotel reportedly called the cops after hearing shouting, blows and signs of a violent struggle coming from the room.
Andrea’s video shows severe wounds on her face as she directly accused Giovanni of causing her injuries.
Spanish journalist Jordi Martin later shared footage said to show the stylist being escorted away by officers in Cannes.
Andrea was reportedly given medical attention after the incident.
The exact cause of the row has not been confirmed, and French authorities have not yet released a detailed statement on the case.
It is also not yet clear what charges, if any, Giovanni may face following his arrest.
Giovanni, born in Churuguara, in Venezuela’s Falcon state, has worked for years in the beauty pageant and fashion world.
Since 2023, he has been creative director for Miss Universe Colombia.
He also has ties to Mexican Miss Universe 2025 winner Fatima Bosch, 25, although there is no suggestion she was involved in the incident.
He has been described in Latin American media as a stylist, designer and image adviser for beauty queens and celebrities.
