BABY MAMA DRAMA Elsie Hewitt ready to bring Pete Davidson to court over child support and custody issues after nasty split

ELISE Hewitt is ready to bring Pete Davidson to court over child support and custody issues after their messy split, The U.S. Sun has learned.

While Pete, 32, is desperate to keep the breakup details private, his baby mama Elsie doesn’t have any qualms about dragging the drama into the public sphere if need be, insiders have claimed.

Last week, the U.S. Sun exclusively reported that the couple had parted ways just five months after welcoming their daughter, Scottie.

“He may want to keep things quiet, but Elise has no problem blowing things up and bringing this to court,” one source said of the looming fight over custody and child support.

Elsie, 30, gave birth to Pete’s daughter in December 2025, and their relationship deteriorated in the following months.

In a post about their breakup, the model seemed to suggest that she is on her own, not just emotionally, but also financially.

In one post to TikTok on Saturday, the influencer said she should have looked nicer when she left the house on Friday, because photos were taken of her and Scottie walking around their Brooklyn neighborhood.

But she explained her mind was on more pressing matters.

“That’s not what I’m thinking about right now, because I have a baby to take care of.

“I also have to work and make money, and I’m doing it on my own, which is hard,” she said of her new reality after her breakup from the Saturday Night Live alum.

She then took time to respond to followers under the post in now-deleted comments.

She liked a post from one user who said leaving your postpartum partner is “insanely loser behavior.”

Another follower wrote, “I hope you don’t mean you’re doing the financial part alone… that would be insane given the circumstances.”

In a since-deleted comment, she responded, “I am :)”

But an insider close to Pete told The U.S. Sun that he’s taking care of Elsie and Scottie financially, and there’s no reason for her to run to court.

“She’s gonna file something based on what? He’s already paying her more than he has to,” the insider insisted.

“He is already covering all of the costs relating to Scottie, and also paying for Elsie’s health insurance and her apartment.

“He has gone above and beyond what is required because he wants her to feel properly supported.

“He has also helped her secure hundreds of thousands of dollars in additional opportunities,” the insider concluded, referring to the couple’s ads for brands like Bumble and Sonic.

According to sources, Pete and Elsie’s relationship came to an end after the A-list comic’s intense work schedule put a severe strain on their relationship.
