Aamir Khan is making headlines once again as reports about his upcoming wedding have surfaced online. As the Bollywood superstar prepares to tie the knot with Gauri Spratt, he has opened up about his plans and confirmed that the wedding is scheduled to take place on July 5, 2026.

Speaking to Deccan Chronicle, Aamir Khan said, “It will be a very simple registered marriage at home, with just both the families and really close friends. We both want to keep it very basic.”
While the guest list has not been revealed yet, it remains unclear whether some of Aamir’s closest friends from the film industry, including Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and other Bollywood colleagues, will attend the celebrations.
In an interview with Variety India, the Lagaan actor spoke about their decision to get married, saying that the couple now feels ready to take their relationship forward. He said, “Yes, that is true. But now we both feel we are ready to take our relationship to the next level.”
Khan added that he already considers himself deeply committed to Gauri and views the wedding as a natural progression of their relationship.
For those unaware, Gauri Spratt is based in Bengaluru and is associated with the wellness and beauty industry. She is the granddaughter of Philip Spratt, a British-born writer and thinker who moved to India in the 1920s. She also has a son, Quinn, from a previous marriage.
Meanwhile, this will mark Aamir’s third marriage. The actor was first married to Reena Dutta, with whom he shares two children, Junaid Khan and Ira Khan. Although the couple later parted ways, they have remained on cordial terms. He later married Kiran Rao. While they announced their separation after 16 years of marriage, they continue to co-parent their son, Azad.
