Tehran has formally laid out its specific terms for ending the war with the United States, transmitting a comprehensive proposal to Washington via mediators in Qatar.
The head of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, Mohsen Rezaei, confirmed to Al Jazeera that Iranian officials are now awaiting a direct response from US President Donald Trump following the transmission of these conditions through Qatari and Pakistani diplomatic channels.

- Lifting the Naval Blockade: The complete termination of the US naval blockade targeting Iranian ports and maritime trade corridors.
- Unfreezing National Assets: The full release of Iranian state funds and financial assets currently seized or frozen under international sanctions.
Rezaei asserted that accepting these terms serves Washington’s strategic interests, warning that coercive threats will fail to produce concessions as Tehran remains prepared for sustained conflict if diplomatic efforts collapse.
