Sean “Diddy” Combs was rushed out of prison and sent to a New Jersey hospital after hitting his head on a bunk bed.
A source told Page Six that Combs smacked his head on the bunk above him, but added that he’s doing much better now.
The news comes after TMZ reported that the disgraced rapper was taken of federal prison Fort Dix on Sunday and taken to a nearby medical facility due to a medical emergency.

A source previously told TMZ the music mogul was taken from prison via ambulance Saturday at around 1 a.m. and treated for the non-life-threatening injury.
Combs, 56, was said to have been conscious and speaking following the alleged incident.
A rep for the Grammy winner told us, “We are aware of the reports concerning Sean Combs and are working to confirm the circumstances.”
“Sean’s health and well-being are our immediate concern,” the continued, “and we appreciate everyone who has reached out.”
Combs was convicted on two counts of transportation for prostitution and subsequently sentenced to 50 months in prison in July 2025 following highly publicized court proceedings.
He has repeatedly and vehemently denied accusations of wrongdoing.
In September, NBC News reported Combs was enjoying a “pampered” life in prison with four anonymous prisoners alleging the “I’ll Be Missing You” hitmaker had people cleaning and cooking for him.
The news outlet also reported Combs had access to “some rich s–t,” including premium liquor, antidepressants and a cellphone.
“This is not some normal s–t you see in jail,” the source divulged. “It looks crazy, but again, it’s Diddy.”
