Actress Ankita Lokhande and her businessman husband Vicky Jain revealed on Wednesday (August 6) that their house help’s daughter and one of her friends, who went missing a few days back, are found safe. They also thanked Mumbai Police.
“UPDATE: GIRLS FOUND SAFE đWeâre relieved and overjoyed to share that Saloni and Neha have been found SAFE,” their statement read.
It further read, “A heartfelt thank you to @mumbaipolice for acting swiftly and with such dedication you truly are the BEST. â¨And thank you to every Mumbaikar who shared, supported.. Your prayers and help made all the difference. đ Grateful beyond words.”

On Saturday (August 2), Ankita took to Instagram to share that her house help, Kanta’s daughter, and the daughter’s friend went missing since July 31, 2025.
She shared pictures of both the girls, and wrote, “URGENT: MISSING ALERT Our house help Kantaâs daughter and her daughterâs friend, Saloni and Neha have been missing since 31st July, 10 AM. They were last seen near the Vakola area. An FIR has already been filed at Malvani Police Station, but their whereabouts are still unknown (sic).”
The actress, who has also shared the picture of the missing complaint, further wrote, âThey are not just part of our home theyâre family. We are deeply worried and request everyone, especially @mumbaipolice and #Mumbaikars, to help us spread the word and assist in any way possible to bring them back safely. If anyone has seen or heard anything, please reach out immediately or report to the nearest police station. Your support and prayers mean everything right now (sic).â
