A Delhi-Lucknow Air India flight witnessed a mid-air fight after an MLA from Uttar Pradesh and a passenger got into a heated clash over the latter using foul language while speaking on the phone. The altercation escalated despite repeated objections from fellow travellers, forcing cabin crew to step in and separate the two men.

“The man continued with derogatory words which are unacceptable in any civil society. When I tried to stop him firmly, he misbehaved with me as well,” PTI news agency quoted the legislator as saying to reporters in Lucknow.
