Indian pickleball players Aditya Singh and Arjun Singh achieved a remarkable milestone by winning the Under-18 boys’ doubles gold medal at the US Open in Naples, Florida. Their victory over the top-seeded American team signifies a rising prominence of Indian talent in international pickleball.

India’s rising pickleball stars Aditya Singh and Arjun Singh delivered a breakthrough moment on the global stage, clinching the Under-18 boys’ doubles gold medal at the US Open in Naples, Florida.
The Indian duo defeated top-seeded American pair Ryder Brown and Soli Messiri 11-1, 11-5 in the final, underlining their growing stature in international junior pickleball.
Their triumph marks a significant step for Indian pickleball, with young players beginning to challenge and overcome established names from traditional powerhouses like the United States.
Reacting to the win, Indian Pickleball Association president Suryaveer Singh Bhullar said, “My words have come true: the future of global pickleball domination is India.”
“Our junior boys, Aditya Singh and Arjun, have just proved it by clinching gold at the 10th US Open against the top-seeded American pair. This victory isn’t just a win; it’s a statement. Mark my words, India’s first Olympic gold will come from the pickleball courts,” he added.
Notably, Arjun Singh, the 15-year-old Indian pickleball prodigy, was named Men’s Pickleball Player of the Year 2025.
The Mumbai-born teenager put up a stellar performance during the inaugural season of the IPBL after being picked by Bengaluru Blasters.
Arjun, known for his fast and aggressive style, also has the capacity to control rallies and consistently execute attacking shots.
