PM Modi warned Pakistan that it will not tolerate any “nuclear blackmail”. “We have created a new normal. India will not sit quietly if threatened. India will not sit quietly if terror attacks are carried out on its soil. We will hit back, on our terms and conditions,” PM Modi said. He further said that this new Bharat will not tolerate any “nuclear blackmail”.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in his first address to the nation since Operation Sindoor, stated that terrorist hubs such as Bhawalpur and Muridke served as “universities of global terrorism,” adding that nearly all major terrorist attacks worldwide, including 9/11 and several major attacks in India, can be traced back to these locations.
“When Indian missiles and drones attacked those sites in Pakistan, it was not just the buildings of the terrorist organisations but their courage also shook. Terrorist sites like Bahawalpur and Muridke were the universities of global terrorism. All big terrorist attacks in the world, including 9/11 or big terrorist attacks in India, are somehow or the other connected to these terrorist sites…” PM Modi said in a televised address.
Over 100 terrorists, including high-value targets such as Yusuf Azhar, Abdul Malik Rauf and Mudasir Ahmed who were involved in the hijacking of IC-814 and the Pulwama blast, were eliminated during the May 7 Operation Sindoor.
A rattled Pakistan targeted military installations and border cities in India with swarm of drones and missiles. A majority of them were intercepted by the India air defence system. India retaliated to Pakistan’s escalation by firing air-to-surface missiles with its jets and destroyed 11 military air bases across Pakistan in a coordinated, precision-led campaign.

He also called out Pakistan for using terrorists as strategic assets.
“For the past two and a half to three decades, the masterminds of terror were roaming freely in Pakistan, openly plotting against India — and India eliminated them in one swift strike,” PM Modi said.
In a stern message to Pakistan, he said India “will not differentiate between the government which is under the influence of terrorists and the handlers of terrorists.
